idle stabvilisation valve on a 2.0 16v

can any one tell me where abouts this is cant seem to locate it

On my 2.0l 16v it's located just in front of the distrbutor and next to the aluminim alloy intake manifold. It's a black cylindrical thing about 2 1/2" in diameter and 4" long. It connects to 2 hoses and has 1 electrical connection. It's on top of everything and the first thing you see.
