antonio_b12 0 Posted August 28, 2005 i have standard 2/9 corrado, standard alternator, with no real battery problems, but im looking to replace my existing battery with the bosch. im getting it from GSF, but im not sure which one i should get. i've done a search, not much there. i've checked my corrado manual (like every newbie should ) But although its a 12 volt battery i have, im not sure what it is in amps? does any one know which one in amps is the standard replacement, and can i get one with more power than the standard without upgrading alternator etc.... And No i havent rang up GSF for my specs! thanx
Supercharged 2 Posted August 29, 2005 You've got a VR6 so you'll either have a 70 or 90 amp alternator, it doesn't really matter but you want to get a battery roughly around those figures and as big as pos really - alot of VR's iv'e seen are running 64ah or 70's...
