yet another pc numpty question

i've just recently purchased a vwcorrado workshop&service manual of ebay but can't seem to install it as the title says,bit of a numpty when it comes to computers.

this is what it says when i try to install

if you right click on the setup icon and go in to its properties you should see options to run the file in 'compatability' mode. I dont remember where it is exactly but its helped me run software thats not xp compatible in the past.
