Clunking front suspension - Powerflex bushes??

Approx a month ago I fitted Powerflex wishbone bushes to my 94 VR6. Now when the steering is near full lock I get a clunk from the front suspension. Anyone had similar experiences?

I did remember to fit the sleeves inside the rear wishbone bushes.

Is it when reversing and in any particular direction? Or every time you get near full lock, forwards or backwards?

 

It's quite common from what Stealth tell me and mine does it too. It just does it the once when backing off the drive.

Happens both going forward and in reverse. Dont recall it happening when I had the standard wishbone bushes fitted.

So is this a common on Corrado's?
