Carrier bolts 125Nm 17mm

Caliper to carrier 35Nm 13mm into 15mm

Splash Sheild and ABS sensor 10Nm

 

Rear

 

Carrier bolts 65Nm

Caliper to carrier 35Nm

Dust sheild 60Nm

 

Wheels Bolts 110Nm

Brake hoses = 14mm

MC to servo 20Nm 13mm

Bleed Nipples 9/11mm

 

Suspension

 

Front

 

Upper nuts 60Nm

Lower Bolts/Nuts 95Nm

 

Rear

 

Axle Bolts 70Nm

Bottom bolts/nuts 70Nm

Rear strut top nut 15Nm

Top Nuts 25Nm below washer, 15Nm above

 

Misc Drivetrain...

 

Front Hub Nut 265Nm

Axle shaft to wheel bearing housing 90Nm + 45 degrees

Track rod to rack 70Nm (use threadlock) 32mm

Track rod end to Wheel bearing housing 35Nm 19mm

Track Rod/TRE adjustment - 7/8"

Driveshaft to Gearbox 45Nm

Ball joint to wheel bearing housing 45Nm

Ball joint to control arm/wishbone 35Nm

ARB link 25Nm
