keithmac 0 Posted October 28, 2005 Been looking about and people seem to run 1 to 2 grades colder when charging their engines, so mine would be an NGK 7 series stock, going up to an 8 series for 1 grade colder, but I cant find a fitment in this heat range? What`s other people running or recomend for my setup (16vKR-G60, 1 bar boost)? Would prefer NGK but I`m not too fussed, what`s the bosch stock plug for a KR and do they do 1 or 2 grade colder fitment? Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

keithmac 0 Posted October 31, 2005 I honestly don`t know, it`s fooking leathal though, 2nd gear`s useless really. Trying to weigh up if it`s worth sticking with the 65 or going back to the 78, there`s 5 psi difference but I`ll have to find out what that equates to on the rollers, it`s touching 80% injector dc at full wack so I`ll be visiting the petrol station quite often.., idles like a dream still so it`s all good. keithmac 0 Posted November 10, 2005 Looked into the plugs, decided to go with Denso Iridium IK24`s (2 grades colder then their sock fitment, but only 1 grade colder than an NGK 7 for some reason?) Gapping to 0.6mm and fitting on Monday along with engine breather mods, new valvcover+gasket etc. That`s if it doesn`t p1ss it down all day .. Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
