Guest Posted August 17, 2003 Hi Darren When I first got the Reiger grille, Reiger recomended bonding it on to the lights, I didnt want to do that so I used some strong doublesided tape from a spray shop, this wan't much good though. I later found out that if you drill a small hole through the grille into the top of the headlights either side then fasten it with a couple of self tapers it will do the trick, but I decided to sell it before going that way... Looks good though...
W3RKD 0 Posted August 17, 2003 i like the look but i too have had to hold it with 2 small screws and it looks distorted now .... ps.. im not moaning mate cos i know they are all a pain to get looking right so i guess i will have to keep at it and get it looking better... MikeVR6 0 Posted August 17, 2003 I've one fitted. ONE HUNDRED QUID for a piece of flimsy plastic. Stick some screws through the locator tabs in the middle to secure it there. For the eyebrows, I used velcro tape from B+Q to secure it to the top of the headlights. Didn't fancy using screws incase I damaged the lights. Velco's easily removed if you need to change your headlight bulbs.

del boy 0 Posted August 17, 2003 i got the instructions translated and it said to bond it to your lights but i screwed it to the lights through the plastic outers there is a gap between the plastic and the light so you wont break the lights mine has been on for a year and it is still ok and looking cool as ever :)

dubster82 0 Posted August 17, 2003 8vg60, Looks like you may need to put somethin in the middle as a spacer to lift the centre part up if you know what i mean... it might straighten up the end parts then.

biggrim 0 Posted August 18, 2003 Looks like you may need to put somethin in the middle as a spacer to lift the centre part up if you know what i mean... it might straighten up the end parts then. My grille sags in the middle too. Any suggestions on how to keep it up? (no viagra jokes please). Mine is also screwed on. Darren, if you want I'll post some pics of mine up tomorrow for you to have a look at.
dubster82 0 Posted August 20, 2003 take out the screws, lift the grille, place through the screws, whack in some washers or something similar, screw back down. Never seen one up close, but im guessing it would work.
