ZippyVR6 0 Posted December 18, 2005 Just got in my car and the handbrake is jammed on. The lever has gone slack below a certian point and I have tried driving a bit forwards and backwards to release it but no joy. dazzyvr6 0 Posted December 18, 2005 or you could get under the rear of your car and prise the handbrake lever up on the caliper,had to do that to mine even after i put new calipers on,so i need to change the handbrake cable as water is getting in somewhere and freezing Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
