Whats the score with meeting in Bournemouth for CCGB day?

Has anything been arranged as yet as I have been off work so was unable to check the progress of the CCGB day.

 

I know there are lots of people going so if anyone could tell me where and when they are meeting - NO STICHING- then that would be great.
