spoiler and sunroof fuse keeps blowing

the 15 amp fuse keeps blowing which works the sunroof and boot spoiler

 

when i bought the car the, the spoiler was disconected and reconnecting it,

 

it blows every couple of weeks anyone had any problems with theres

 

and how do you fix it?
