VEEDUBBED 0 Posted February 23, 2006 Right then,i think it's time to bin the O/E 9A's down pipe and hollowed out cat, and get a freer flowing system,problem is that i don't know which 1 to get. If i'm not mistaken,a couple of years back another forum user was making his own downpipes,i don't remember the guy's name though,he def. built a G60valver though,comments,advice please. He has a 16v G60 and he bores out the exhaust manifold for about £70 and then Milltek make the downpipes for him at a cost of £220. But TBH if you want a free flowing exhaust manifod wouldn't you be better off with a 4 Branch Manifold! Do you have a G60 8V or a 16V.
