Hi daz,

Changed mine same time as the konis. The end links are real easy, but suggest you get 2 new bolts and nuts that hold the links to the wishbones b4 you start as the ends of the bolts are prone to rusting and destroy themselves when you remove them. The bushes are fiddly; you have to loosen the rear bolts on the subframe and drop it down so that you can get them out. They have a little metal cap that hooks under a lip on the top of the arb and a bolt holding it down in position at the rear - you willl understand what I mean when you get under there. Fitting the new ones is easier if you lubricate them first (helerine fluid or good old washing up liquid). Get it on a ramp if you can, this is no fun at all if you're on the floor.

The only thing that bothered me was whether loosening the subframe bolts upsets the alignment. Didn't worry too much as I was having it re-done anyway because of the new konis. I have been meaning to ask someone but not gotten around to it.

So, does anyone know?
