VAG-hag 0 Posted March 12, 2006 Girly question coming up........ A friend of mine has a golf V5 and loves it. She was asking about induction kits and any possible bad points. Well, what a crap mister I am cos I dont know. Is it true that some engine tinkering after installation is a good idea? I have heard this elsewhere and wanted to be sure before offering manly advice. Thanks in advance......... :D
ZippyVR6 0 Posted March 12, 2006 Think Im right in saying that no tinkering is needed after fitting, but the car needs to run on idle for a few mins and then a bit of gentle driving to allow the mfa to reconfigure.
