For those of you with factory Recaro seats....

Recommended Posts

Can one of you esteem gentlemen take a picture of maybe the bottom of your seat brackets, or link a photo if the brackets off the seat? I just picked up a pair, and would like to confirm that I have finally found a proper set.

THANKS!!!!

they look like the right ones to me. Not sure if Gaz's are recaro's from those pics. Look like heat standard seats as i can't see a motor at the front of the subframe.

How did you go about wiring these in? did you use the factory harness or did you hardwire them?

Hardwired them, going to fit the full factory loom and heated elements as soon as i find some for a reasonable amount.

this might be a silly question...but how do I go about hardwiring them?

Also...how can I just power the motor to make sure it is working?

two wires to each seat. dead easy. Don't really even need to do that, connect them to a battery charger get them in to the right position and thats it. Not touched mine since i put them in.
