Better off spending that kind of money on an HKS mushroom filter or a BMC box or a hell of a lot less on a straight replacement cotton panel filter (can recommend Green from personal experience but I'm sure there are others that are just as good). Have a Stainless Mesh filter on mine which is brilliant for getting air in and a fantastic induction noise but they are not that brilliant at filtering the air so it depends on how much you are prepared to punish your engine.
