Did early Corrado VR6's have smaller rear brakes ?

Recommended Posts

I'm a little confused trying to find the correct Fast Road Pagid pads for my rear brakes..

it seems there were 2 differing sizes of brakes supplied as standard for the VR6 depending on the age of the car.

Pagid offer 2 Fast Road pads for the rears on a VR6 :

FR5022 (15.22mm) & FR5075 (17.22mm)

i assume i need the FR5075's ?

Cheers..

Same size rear brakes and pads on all models, but a change in pads for later VR6 and G60 cars (March '93 onwards).

Ah i see - excellent thanks for that !

FR5075's it is then seeing as i have a 1996 C (registered not made obviously)

Thanks Again :)

I thought the difference in pad thickness was to do with if you have ABS or not??

Sounds about right,

i think the changes came in in late '92 which would be about the time ABS was introduced
