Timo. 0 Posted May 2, 2006 Anyone with much experience of the haldex system?? This is more aimed at the guys who have done 4wd conversions. Does the Haldew system need looking after properly?? I heard about oil/filter changes in the rear diff every 40k or so. Is that really necessary?? Have you guys made up and funny tool to get the nut off and per usual VW had made it so no normal person can do it with a set of tools?? :( Obviously I want to look after it, but sounds a bit OTT to me.
