DanA 0 Posted June 10, 2006 ried fitting some MK4 rear calipers today and had loads of trouble.... Quick check on the net revealed I'd been sold the wrong callipers!!! Does anyone know what they are from so I can sell them on ?? Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

They are VW/Lucas mk4 style rear calipers but the handbrake mech and banjo connection are the wrong way round to the ones most of us are fitting as direct replacements... Not sure what they are from as they are not the ones that come on the back of audi TTs / RS4's etc either... Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

DanA 0 Posted June 11, 2006 Cheers for that... The main problem was the banjo bolt sticking out too far... they just physically wouldn't go on! Was a bit of a pain really, but at least we managed to get the new disks, bearings and pads on. Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
