TomD 0 Posted June 21, 2006 Don't know if this will help, but I guy from No-Rice weighed a 1.8 8v digi mk2 GTi engine, and the head came up as 15kg, and the block without all the ancilliaries was about 85kg, so about 100kg in all Can't be too different if you just talking head and block!
