HELP needed BBM ISV re-route

Received my BBM ISV re-route from G-Werks this morning (great service - thanks), unfortunately page 1 of the instructions is missing. No answer at G-Werks, just wondering if anyone could e-mail / PM me the first page

i would think it would be the same setup as what i have here.... apart from the fact you have to cut the boost pipe in two and put the connector bit between the two cut boost pipes, clip it all back up and connect the ISV onto the new pipe on the boost pipe....(see below)..
