What work is involved in fitting 15x8.5 dish rims on a c?

hi guys,

 

i am planning to get a set of 15x8.5 deep dish rims from image wheels but wondered if i would have to have the arches rolled. I have avo adjustables on the car. Also wanted to know what would be a good offset in order to have these wheels sitting flush with the outside of the arch so i can have that wide look.

 

Any help will be much appreciated.
