Automatic Seatbelt Problem (+ usual cold start problem)

Well my first and most important issue is when its cold out in the morning, i go to start my car and when i do it starts to sputter and idle real low like it wants to stall and after about a min or 2 of sputtering it smoothens out and idles normal, it only happens when its cold out, any ideas, my second not so major problem is my seat belt light is on all the time while im driving even though my seat belt is always clipped in, any ideas??

Dude, for the cold start idle problem USE THE SEARCH!!!!!!

 

It has kinda been covered one or two times. I sincerely think that there are no more suggestions/fixes to be mentioned. I think we've covered the lot.

 

You might find less on the seatbelts because we don't have the electric seatbelts. At a complete guess, it sounds like the system isn't recognising the belt being engaged so I presume there's a switch or contact in there that needs cleaning or replacing. Have you got a Bentley manual?
