VDUBBER 0 Posted October 1, 2006 Hi Boys + Girls My c has started to spluter when i first start it up but not all the time some times it nearly cuts out all together but as soon as i put the clutch in it goes back up to 1000rpm. Every so often i will be driving along and it will just cut out all together and wont start all i have to do is pop the bonet play with the ht leads and it starts again but the ht leads look fine. any help welcome cheers Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

M15 VW 0 Posted October 1, 2006 loose plug? hairline crack in dizzy cap? hairline crack in rotor arm or burnt or damaged rotor arm? mine did this (its a vr) and it was the isv that was buggered but as it starts when u fiddle with the ht leads i cant see it being that.
