hole in pipe

hi ive found a hole in a pipe on my corrado 16v. Its on to inlet manifold near the cold start injector and ISV, my car run's fine and starts and tick's over fine, Ive ordered a new one just wondering what problems this can cause.

Ive got a photo of the pipe but i cant figure out how to put it on

well if air is leaking out before the ISV then it wouldn't operate as efficently, but the pressure of air coming down there isn't that great so you probably wouldn't notice a difference.........i didn't when i had the same thing.
