suspension advice

hi

 

i have a 94 rado vr6, currently in vw get head gasket and exhaust done,

i need to change my suspension as front struts are cabbaged,

 

i have read all the threads on suspension just can`t decide what to get

all i want is to lower the ride and keep it comfy.

 

advice appreciated.
