andiG60 0 Posted October 11, 2003 hi there. being new to the forum i was wondering if someone could offer me some advice. having sold my g60 a week ago i have just got hold of a 93 grey/silver vr6 :D :D :D . my question to the forum is firstly does anyone know where to get the german style number plates from and secondly regarding leads ,could i have advice on the best to go for in the aftermarket sense. much appreciated Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
corradovr6sc 0 Posted October 11, 2003 German style plates you can get from volks-speed. Tel no. 0118 973 7447. Used to be £40 plus £2 p&p. New genuine vw leads are £120 and are red. Magnicor are £90 and blue but don't fit in the slots very easily- insolation too thick. also Blue igniter- you can guess the colour. You can buy some cheap ones from vw quantum brand.
