racerben 0 Posted October 11, 2003 Im 17, and own a 2000 black ford ka2 and am getting it insured. What will be the cheapest company to use? Is it worth declaring that i have a body kit, if so how much extra is it going to cost me? Cheers.

dubbprince 0 Posted October 12, 2003 try either of the following: adrian flux, HIC (Herts insurance company), Liverpool Victoria, Express Insurance. p.s. YES declare your body kit! what are ya gonna do if you have a crash? and insurance finds out you didn't declare the kit, it'll mean your insurance is void! at 17, i would just drive the KA around for a bit standard. THEN 1yr later after you have saved up a shit load of dollar...by the kit! and go with either HIC or liverpool victoria! all mods declared and fully comp! You'll be paying about £1k+ right now! and declaring anything other than the std Ka will mean £££'s in the eye of the insurer! the same goes with ICE, changing indicators! exhaust, air filter etc. by the way...what made you ask these qeustions on the CORRADO forum?? your best bet is: http://www.streetka.org/ good luck pal.
