Torque Figures and Bolt Patterns

I have got to rebuild my 2ltr 16V at the weekend, I have a manual on the way, but just in case it does not arrive, could someone please help me with the torque and bolt pattern for the head, and the Cam shafts.

 

Also the Torque of the Bottom Pulley bolt
