cvw 0 Posted January 30, 2007 got home earlier after fairly short drive and rad fan was on after switchin car of . settled down had a lovely tea made by the girlfriend changed new babies nappy watched a bit of tv stepped out to nip to shop and fan was still on. must be two hours at least . whipped out the manual to check which fuse it was but read wrong and pulled out the fan run on fuse to no avail and just ended up pulling the connector of the back of the fan. any ideas . g60bv 0 Posted January 30, 2007 is it a g60.? if it is the fan run on stat is between the rocker cover and the inlet manifold. bolted onto the left hand bracket . it earths out to make the fan run on, if it has stuck on,. simply unplug it. but wrap it up with tape to stop it earthing out. i think its a brown wire.
