vdubCorrado 0 Posted February 22, 2007 i was down right amazed... when i unbolted the pulley and couldn't get it off i was at a loss of words... so i lubed it daily for a week and though with a bit of pressure it would come right off... no way... i had to use the pulley puller i have to pressed on pullies that require 6 tons of pressure to remove, and it still fought with me to come off  here are some pics... i wonder if the charger is still good to have it rebuilt? Shaggy 0 Posted February 23, 2007 That would have come straight off no trouble with a Bearing Puller lol :D
vdubCorrado 0 Posted February 23, 2007 i used a 2 jaw and 3 jaw pulley and bearing pullers, neither were strong enough  i had to use my big pulley puller that is ment for press on pullies that take 6 tons of force to pull off... i've never seen anything like that before and i've had more G60's than i'd like to think about haha
