Finally Work under progress

Ok went down to the bodyshop today and the work has started on my G60 after weeks of waiting...just hope the end results are good.

Will post more picts as work continues........

majik .. you need to go and take those seats out mate imagine if they got marked when works in progress....

ok here's some more progress pictures straight from the bodyshop....

All trim is removed

Dents are filled in

Debadged and Deseemed

Thats it for now....watch this space!

Majik,

 

If I were you I'd get rid of the window washers & take the system from a Peugeot 405... they have the tube that jets the water out from the wipers.

 

Maybe you should also consider getting rid of the roof rack strips

The interior was residing in a g60 in hackney/ london

the interior in manchester was not brick red, it was a bright red urrgghhhh!

I was considering taking off the washers but decided against it, i didnt know the roof could be smoothed tell me more...any pictures?

I aint got a clue where that dash is but i want it.....so if anyone see's it please let me know

Babrul the cost is around £750, bearing in mind its not a bare metal respray and a contribution to that amount will be made by the insurance company of the guy who reversed into my wing.

Yep same colour indeed, was tempted to go dusty mauve or even black magic but im keeping it the same for now.

Bally gonna go for delocked passat rear ones.....looking at option to get dash/trim/and carpet retrimmed or sprayed to either black or brick red as is the colour of the leather interior....have you fitted the speaker pods yet?

this is what I wanna do when I sort my money out.

 

had to buy alot of things for him in the last month though, so don't get a chance to save :(

 

750 is cheaper than I thought it would cost though :shock:
