ghee60 0 Posted March 22, 2007 Ok So its not corrado related but it is VAG I recently bought myself an Audi 80 1.9 Tdi but its broken :( It will start but wont rev at all and blows one hell of a lotta white smoke out the back. VEEDUBBED 0 Posted March 24, 2007 Timing belt may have jumped a couple of teeth knocking off the timing,the engine would def. do that afterwards. Blown head gasket?,maybe but the car would still rev without problems. I'd first check the cam belt position first. It could also be water in the fule tank/lines but it's rare.
