Clutch slave and master cylinder replacement

Hey does anyone know of a link to any decent guide for replacing first the clutch slave cylinder, then master , and finally bleeding the system. I think I'm about to embark upon it and cant find anything that good in search. Also does anyone know what the part numbers for these are from VAG? Or is there somewhere better to get them!?
