bosshogg 0 Posted May 13, 2007 my raddo starts fine and drives ok for 1/4 mile then misfires jerks revs die to erratic low 500rpm across all cylinders, no power to pull away. Then if i remove the ecu plug spray WD40 on to the plug i get temporary power back for a 1/2 mile then it starts again, sometimes i keep the revs to 4000 and i can get it home.So far ihave replaced the following 4 x injectors dizzy cap rotor arm plugs bosch leads beru fuel filter to me its fuel starvation, but i dont get the ecu and wd40 bit ? any idea dudes
Frosty Phantom 0 Posted May 13, 2007 Hi, I have a similar problem but you'll find it's probably just where the engine is flooding and the gap is giving it time to recover. I'm in the process of getting to the bottom of it myself but check out the cambelt.

corrado-chris 0 Posted May 24, 2007 Mine has been doing the exact same thing!! I found that my exhaust manifold was cracked (very common)plus my gaskets were leaking and this was giving the lamda sensor further down the system false readings hence over fuelling it. I recommend checking your manifold both visually and also listening for leaks.
bosshogg 0 Posted May 24, 2007 Lamda wireing was cut at plug end to engine, tried to rewire but need another loom. could the lamda be damaged due to wires cut ? will i need to check the co2 again hope to resolve this weekend :)
corrado-chris 0 Posted May 25, 2007 Lamda shouldnt be damaged from dodgy wiring, Sounds like thats possibly be the problem then! The lamda causes lots of probs when not functioning properly, let us know how you get on!
staffs_til_i_die 0 Posted May 26, 2007 Andy at PSI couldn't find anything wrong with mine. I've had a new CAT fitted, but that's it for now. Seems to be running fine though now. Am going to give it an engine flush, injector clean and an oil change and see if that helps.
