MK3 VR Leather into a corrado??

Ok has anyone done the above??

 

mates bought really clean black leather & wants my help fitting it.. I cant see the front being an issue.. but the rears.. hhmmm help :lol:

I think that although the runners will fit, the seat will sit too high in a C and you will need to cut and weld the subframes to fit.

 

No idea on the back seats tho...

Thinking the back seats are going to be mucho wide for a corrado.

hey Dom.. hhmmm.... I fitted some VR seats in best mates mk4 polo & they sit mega low... as the seats have enough adjustment.. gona see what they fit like & go from there...

 

Ive got a bad feeling the rears aint gona fit.. but I'll think of a way...

Yeah, it might work - I've never tried it, but I know a lot of people complain about other seats always sit too high when you put them in a C.

 

I also remember how comically high the seats were in my Mk3 GTI, but no idea if the VR ones are the same.

Mates VR Im fitting the seats into has his seat adj abit higher than how I have myn set.. low like the car :lol: so wont no til I try....

 

Oh yeah remeber you had a mk3.. think I saw it at one of the meets....
