g60bv 0 Posted June 3, 2007 yes you will defo need better brakes. the 239mm discs are pants at best.even the 16v brakes are a bit pooh. you can get g60 cheap now. but you will need the whole bearing carrier. but why. sell the 8v gti and get a proper g60. it will be less and better in the long run.
