Kevin Bacon 5 Posted June 4, 2007 4 bar, £45+VAT from VW. Technique is to remove it when the engine is warm as the seals will be softer. I would drain the rail first, using the drain plug on the pulley end of the rail (3mm allen key IIRC). Gently pry it out with a flat blade screw driver without bending the surrounding steel work.
