VR6 weight on gear shifter

Hi

I need some help.

I cannot unscrew the 13mm nut on the weight as it turns.

Am I turning it the right way? Do I need any special tool to hold it.

What torque do I need ?

 

Only want to push the grommet back into the eye at the end of the gear change cable.

You will need to lock the stud that the weights sits on by holding another spanner underneath IIRC.
