inky 0 Posted July 2, 2007 91 G60 has been loosing water for a while - just got a lot worse and its from this pipe running from the side of the head... Does the plastic flange type pipe need replacing and/or does it need a new gasket?? - Also anyone got the name/part number(s)for it your help as ever would be appreciated... Jim 2 Posted July 2, 2007 I can't quite see if it is the super common place for it to go, but it looks like it is. Yep - get a new flange and gasket from VW, and obviously some fresh bottles of G12+ for the coolant change. Don't buy a pattern part.. it just doesn't last!
