bosshogg 0 Posted August 13, 2007 Time has come to change the lamda sensor,im running rich, plugs sooted up,tailpipe black. My question is how to change the sensor is it as simple as unplug, then unbolt and fit a new one or do we need VAG equipment to set up. The wiring was checked and is ok. jonny-5 0 Posted August 13, 2007 I would say the only thing is that sometimes they're a bar steward to undo, my top tip is to use a monkey wrench.

nocrap 0 Posted August 14, 2007 I'd still give it a good soaking in dismantling lube though...the 3 in 1 stuff that i've got is fantastic.
