Lambda error VR6

Hi Folks,

A quick question - I've fitted another Lambda sensor, the battery was disconnected for a few hours. The ECU memory will be reset, and I'm getting an error 537 control limit surpassed. Does this happen because the ECU is reset, and needs to learn the new settings? Or is it time for a new lambda sensor?
