Since I will be using the AUDI 5000S turbo intake plenum which is much bigger than the stock diameter. Port matching them would benefit greatly for increase in power.

Using a BBM assymetrical camshaft, BBM adjustable cam gear, Autotech heavy duty valve springs.

i used a mastercraft big rotary tool with a combination of 25 to 400 grit sand wheels.

after porting i will just send the head out to get completely rebuilt.

need to remove lotsa of metal to get them to match. too much that the injector holders are showing

now it is starting to match the gasket

for those that do not know AUDI 5000S turbos are 5 cylinder motors so the gasket you see has an extra inlet/port that i will cut off later.

Do you plan on putting the car on a rolling road when you get it all back together? It'll be very useful to see how the graph looks with this head work. As you know I haven't seen this sort of modification before. :)

yes once the rado is up and running it will be tuned on a dyno.

by then i will hope to have a graph for you all.

someone has to be the first or different when it comes to modifying.

it gives the other guys an edge over the other.

Well the stock intake manifold is a big restriction along with sitting right next to the exhaust manifold so I think if reliable this will be a good improvement, I do think you should get a big G60/other intercooler to make the most of your changes though.

I was going to use this intercooler but i would have to sacrifice safety by cutting up the bumper reinforcement so I decided my safety was much more important.
