G60Jet 1 Posted February 17, 2003 Well the Engine coolant/antifreeze debate always runs somewhere with the corrado sites, but i thought i'd post what i found out from my dealer here in spain Basic rule of thoumb is what ever coolant is marked on your expansion tank is what you should run. G11 Green G12 Pink G12+ not sure It should be mixed with distilled water not tape water. G11 and G12 must Never be mixed. However apparently this new G12+ is okay to mix with either. Now here is the fun bit I've always read that the G12 is better than G11 and people when out and did the change over. But this may not be the case as G12 is designed for a different metal alloy used in the later engines. According to my stealer) Hence the change over, but G12 is no better for the older blocks than the G11. So what do you run in your bottle??
