how do you tighten them nuts on the track rod end

i own rado vr6 94,

trying to change the track rod ends is turning out to be a nightmare,

the bottom lock nut keeps spinning the shaft,

any one any ideas?

hold the shaft too?

use a bar to push down hard on the Track rod end while you tighten the nut up mate..

i always like a big pair of stilsons for anything track rods...

nothing grips like them....
