was8v 0 Posted March 5, 2008 I have a leak from a replacement screen in the top drivers side corner. To fix it properly I need to dig some sealant out from the corner to replace with some fresh. I have the A pillar trim off revealing most of it, but I want to make sue I get to all of it. How does the trim come off - does the headliner need to be slid back? daves16v 1 Posted March 8, 2008 You have to push it away towards the windscreen. It has metal clips holding it on and believe me it's an utter pig to remove. The windscreen adhesive usually sticks to it which results in a breakage, I broke my own and another I was trying to salvage. The headlining slips into a slot running down the length.
