Runs rough after warm starts

Looking for help. My car starts and runs smoothly when cold. But, after the temp is up, I turn it off and return in 10-15 minutes to restart, it runs very rough and sometimes stalls. Once I get it rev'd up it runs just fine. What could it be? Thanks

Depends what car it is ;) Either way, whatever it is, this sort of problem has been covered many many times - have a look through the search.
