help needed please for vr6 fans overheating problems?

Hi all, need some help please!

 

Starting having a problem today with the twin fans on my 93 vr6, the fans are constantly running when plugged in. Found a hole in an air hose fixed it but no joy. All the connections look ok so could it possibly be the thermostat?

 

Trying to rack my brains but having a blank.

 

Thought I might ask for your expertises on the problem
