Relays missing from fusebox

I'm missing the following relays from my fusebox:

 

- Number 5 (low coolant level)

- Number 9 (seat belt warning system)

 

Is this a problem? Or are the relays still available from VW?

Seat belt warning system won't make any difference. That will just be for US spec cars that have automatic seatbelts. Unless you've retrofitted them, or have a US spec car ... :)
