Arches Rolled... is this a good price??

Recommended Posts

I popped into the bodyshop down the road from work today, porsche and vw specialist repair centre [and main dealer approved] ... hmm should be a good place to ask about getting my arches rolled i thought... so a older chap came out to talk to me and first he called the C a scirocco then a corolla then a scirocco again :confused4: hmmm... specialists???

anyway despite this they looked at the car and seemed confident they could roll the lips as they do it quite a lot on the porsches, but they're charging 1.5 hrs per arch... £40 ph + vat = a £300ish pound job :pale: i'd looked on a a certain company who are known for making wheels wider  who offer this service and they charge £100 for all 4 arches!!... but they're in the wrong part of the country to me... is £300 the going rate for rolling as this doesnt include any paint just the use of the nylon roller??
