tom31976 0 Posted July 26, 2008 I have a loose grey/white wire on in the engine bay of my 16v corrado, where does it connect to? If i connect this wire to an earth it turns on the rad fan. It is located to the left hand side of the engine bay. Any ideas?
boost monkey 0 Posted July 26, 2008 it's the rad fan run on, it should be connected to a sensor on the bottom left corner of the rocker cover. There's a thread on this somewhere, I just can't find it at the mo.

swiftkid 1 Posted August 4, 2008 yea i have the very same wire. its got a spade connector (mine HAD a spade connector). I dont have the sensor either but it looks like one of the sensors on the right hand side of the engine as i recall. I believe it is for keeping the fan on after the engine is turned off to give it some cooling rather than just cutting out when you take the key out.
